The work of William Morris

Class 5 have been studying the lives of people in Wales during the Victorian period. As part of this study we looked at the work of William Morris.

We looked at examples of Morris’ own work and collected samples of wallpaper and fabric that might have been influenced by Morris.

Then we produced our own Morris inspired designs; paintings, drawings and wallpaper.

What did we do?

We copied small sections of William Morris designs and enlarged them. We hope you like our efforts!
